Studio & Office Activities
Cox Street CoWork is selective in the mix of tenant-users for private office-studio space. Users are selected based on the nature of pursuits that will advance the vision of the CoWork as being a place for start-up or small businesses to avoid the distractions of working from home, to have a professional address, and to interact with others pursuing similar ventures. Activities conducted within the CoWork are expected to enhance our community and enrich its culture.
What CoWork is…
Maintained to ensure cleanliness inside and out.
A peaceful atmosphere.
A place to receive occasional clients. Safe. Inspiring.
A place to be considerate of others–good neighbors.
What CoWork is not…
Party venue, but does not preclude occasional, work related events such as an open house.
Behavior that disturbs the pursuits of co-tenants or infringes on the sense of safety and security of others.
Overnight sleeping.

Activities that diminish the perception of the CSCW as being a safe and professional facility

Lease required
Standard lease term: 6 months
Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent
Rent due on the 1st of each month
Preferred rent payment method is Venmo (acceptable: PayPal and check; no cash)
Personal door and security alarm code
24-hour video cameras and recording inside and outside
Well lit inside and outside
Entry doors remain locked at all times
Rent includes Wi-Fi and utilities
Utility area provided for crafts and art needing a sink
