Our Story
Cox Street CoWork began with a single artist’s request for studio space in a former HVAC office and shop. What started as a few additional studios quickly grew into The Art Factory — a creative hub primarily for fine artists. Over time, the building developed a distinctive, funky patina that has proven surprisingly inspiring across many disciplines. In 2024, we undertook a complete transformation: a full refresh, rebranding, and expansion of our vision. While we continue to honor the character and history of the space, we now welcome professionals of all kinds — not just artists — who need a dedicated, inspiring workspace away from home.
